FAQ
Questions we are asked most
Not here? Send us a message and we'll answer.
Is there a free trial?
There is no self-service trial. Send us a message and we'll walk you through the system and agree a plan with you. You can ask to see it working with your own kind of products first.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the features you choose and the number of stores, so we agree it with each business. Contact us and we'll reply with a quote.
What hardware do I need?
Just a computer, tablet or phone with a browser. For scanning you can use any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner (they act like a keyboard) or your phone's camera. Labels print on a normal A4 printer. For receipts, an 80 mm thermal printer.
Can I use my phone as the scanner?
Yes. The Scan, Lookup and POS pages have a camera button. Phones only allow camera access on secure (https) websites, which our hosted service is.
Can I print labels from my phone?
Yes. Build the A4 label sheet and open it as a PDF, then use Share → Print to send it to a network printer (AirPrint, Mopria or the printer's own app).
Can my vendors or customers log in?
Yes. You invite a vendor by email. They choose their own password and see only their own statement and what they owe, and can report a payment for you to confirm.
How many stores can I have?
As many as your plan allows. We set the number with you, and can raise it at any time.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account locks until you renew. Nothing is deleted, and everything is as you left it when you come back.
Does it work offline?
Not yet. You need an internet connection. The till keeps your current bill in the browser if the page reloads.
Does it connect to FBR or print tax invoices?
Not at the moment. Receipts do not include tax breakdowns or FBR integration. If you need this, tell us when you get in touch.
Who can see my data?
Only the people you give a login to, each limited by their role. Businesses are completely separate from one another.
