Point of sale
A till that is part of your stock system
Sell at the counter and your inventory, ledger and profit update at the same moment. Add it to any plan when your stores are ready.
Scan or search
Scan an item or type its name. Quantities, line discounts and a bill discount, in amount or percent. Staff discounts are capped; the owner decides above that.
Cash, card, bank and wallet
Take part of a bill in cash and the rest by card. The till shows the change due and refuses a payment that doesn't cover the bill.
80 mm receipts
Print a clean receipt on a thermal roll printer from the browser. Receipt numbers run in order for each store, with no gaps.
Hold and resume
Park a customer's bill while you serve the next one. Your bill survives a page refresh.
Returns against the receipt
Find the sale by its receipt number, choose what comes back, and refund by cash, card, bank or wallet. Stock goes back on the shelf and your sales and profit figures follow.
One set of numbers
Counter sales and stock are the same records, so what the till sold is exactly what your stock and profit reports show.
A day at the counter
- 1Scan the items. The same item scanned twice is one line with quantity 2.
- 2Apply a discount if needed. Staff have a limit; the owner can go further.
- 3Take payment: cash, card, bank or wallet, or a mix. The till shows the change.
- 4Print the receipt. Stock drops immediately in that store.
- 5A customer comes back? Look up the receipt number, pick what returns, refund.
Good to know
- The till needs an internet connection. It keeps your current bill if the page reloads.
- Receipts are printed from the browser to an 80 mm thermal printer: choose the 80 mm roll in the printer's settings.
- Receipts don't include tax breakdowns or FBR integration yet. Tell us if you need it.
- A cashier works in one store; the owner can ring sales in any store.
