The service
Agilotek LLC provides AgiloStock, its inventory management and point-of-sale system, as a subscription service in your browser. Which features and how many stores you have depends on the plan agreed with you.
Plans and payment
You pay Agilotek directly for the number of months agreed. Your account is active until the end of the paid period. When it ends the account locks; your data is kept, and renewing restores access.
Your account
Keep your password private and give logins only to people who should have them. You are responsible for what is done under your business's logins and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. We use it only to provide and support the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload it, or to access another business's data. We may suspend an account that does.
No guarantees beyond the agreement
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but it is provided as agreed between you and Agilotek, and we are not liable for losses beyond what that agreement says. Keep your own records of anything critical.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
